1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlockAMS platform ("Service"), operated by Armaweb Technologies. By registering for or using the Service, you ("the Church", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
FlockAMS provides web-based church attendance and membership management, including member records, attendance tracking, children and visitor management, ministries, reports, and optional fingerprint check-in. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- New accounts receive a temporary password and must set a new password on first login.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your accounts.
- You are responsible for the accounts you create for your staff and the access you grant them.
4. Free trial and subscriptions
- New churches receive a 30-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription: ₦5,000 per month or ₦50,000 per year. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
- Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Subscriptions renew for the period you select.
- If a subscription lapses, your account enters a read-only grace period before access is limited. Your data is retained during this period so you can renew without losing information.
5. Your data and responsibilities
- You retain ownership of the member and church data you enter. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf — see our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your members before entering their personal data, and especially before enrolling fingerprints.
- You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- You agree not to attempt to access other churches' data, disrupt the Service, or misuse it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or copy the Service; attempt to breach its security; or use it to store data you have no right to hold. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, and we back up data regularly. However, the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlockAMS and Armaweb Technologies are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
